Welcome to Shaolin Wahnam Twin Cities' very first blog post! Consider this the first of many articles to come about how and why Shaolin Kungfu and Qigong can benefit your life. You don't have to toss a stone very far these days to hit upon some piece of information about how mindfulness-based practices can help a whole host of conditions, so understanding just what qigong and kungfu are, and how they can help address stress, fatigue, and chronic pain goes a long way towards helping you understand how to start integrating these practices in your life. This is also one of the places where you'll find information about our weekly classes and special courses. Registration is currently open for our fall 2018 12-week qigong class and Grandmaster Wong's very special qigong courses this October. I'm beyond excited for all of the opportunities available here in the Twin Cities this year. We're little more than halfway through 2018 and it's already been a great year for Shaolin Wahnam Twin Cities. The first series of kungfu and qigong classes have been a success and Grandmaster Wong's classes are already starting to fill up. I'm excited for what the rest of the year and beyond holds, not to mention honored to be bringing these arts to Minnesota after they have so profoundly changed my life for the better. Happy reading!
