
Qigong For Health and Vitality
This 12-week course is suitable for fresh beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Students will learn to enter into a qigong state of mind by relaxing and quieting their thoughts. From this state of mind it in possible to induce deep relaxation and tap energy from the cosmos to build and circulate within their bodies. Basic patterns are taught to achieve this state and induce harmonious qi flow. It is from a smooth qi flow that the body can begin to heal itself. Over time, with regular practice, students will find that they feel more mentally fresh, energetic, healthier, and have more zest and joy for life. It should also be noted that those who are interested in learning Shaolin Kungfu will also learn basic qigong as part of the training program. At the end of this session, students who practice regularly should expect to be able to:

Perform basic selections from the 18 Lohan Hands
