Sinew Metamorphosis, or the Yi Jin Jing, is the powerful legacy passed down to us by Bodhidharma, the Patriarch of Shaolin and Zen Buddhism.

These exercises help to quickly build internal force and enable the practitioner to break through deep-seated blockages that form the groundwork for peace, clarity, and spiritual expansion.

Students can expect to learn all 12 of the Yi Jin Jing exercises along with an understanding of their effects on the meridian system of the body.

Get started making your massive change and learn how to build your own Cosmos Qigong practice. 

Cosmos Qigong is a simple, yet highly effective art for tackling a wide range of conditions from ranging from chronic pain and fatigue, to stress and anxiety.

In this 12-Week series, students learn all the skills they need to build their at home practice. At the end of this class, they should expect to be able to:

  • Enter into a qigong state of mind

  • Tap energy from the cosmos and induce qi flow

  • Perform basic selections from the 18 Lohan Hands

  • Understand how to practice correctly and fix minor deviations

  • Understand how to set up a regular training routine to maximize benefits

  • Feel more alert, flexible, energetic, mentally fresh, and joyful
