Warrior Qigong focuses on cultivating the mind and spirit through the training of internal force and these advanced skills form the foundation of the path to enlightenment. 

Maybe you've begun your Qigong journey, are feeling great, and you're longing to go deeper into your practice. Maybe you're an experienced practitioner, and you're searching for skills to take you to the next level. Warrior Qigong is this next step. Internal force cultivation builds your energy reserves, giving you more and stronger Qi flow to allow all of your Qigong to work better for you.

This nine-week course focuses on advanced skills and breathing exercises that bring serene calm while leaving you feeling a power and grounding like none other.

This six-week course is a great choice for anyone looking to build a mindful practice, all while improving sleep, energy, and easing chronic pain. Exercises taught focus on centering the mind, building a strong energy flow, and building a better stress response. You'll learn everything you need to know about creating your own practice routine, and come away with skills that will change you life.
