This nine-week course focuses on advanced internal force training as well as breathing methods to increase strength and stamina, as well as induce a state of deep relaxation and clarity, so that the modern warrior can tackle their day with joy and enthusiasm. Internal force training is the gateway for higher levels of shen, or spirit training, and ultimately, when the practitioner is ready, enlightenment.

When people think of warriors, the first thought is often of the sword-carrying roaming samurai, or perhaps a master rider waging a campaign on horseback, spear in hand. But modern warriors are also everywhere we look, fighting for justice in their workplaces or communities, nursing others back to health, raising families in tandem or alone while struggling to balance work and other responsibilities with ensuring their children have the best lives possible.
